The newer technology offered a better delivery model resulting in a more efficient workplace. Fewer calls were dropped, internet speeds increased, and customer’s received a better user-experience.
The insurance company renewed their month-to-month contract for a 36-month term. Renewals amounted to $1.8 million and new services totaled $900K for a total contract value of $2.7 million over 36-months.
