Spectrum Case Study
An Atlanta-based manufacturer’s current MPLS network was severely underperforming, causing a constant loss of connectivity. To make matters worse, the provider they were using wasn’t effectively solving their issues forcing them to contact their MSP, a TBI partner, for a new solution.
In need of recommendations on carriers, solutions and then quotes, the partner leaned on TBI for its expertise in complex networking and connectivity. After speaking with the partner to learn the customer’s exact challenges, TBI was able to make a solid recommendation from the start instead of wasting time quoting multiple providers. This allowed the partner to quickly follow up and position a solution they were confident would solve the issues at hand.
Type 2 managed network from Spectrum was identified as the most suitable solution. After hearing more about its capabilities including a fully managed end-to-end solution, regardless of geographical diversity across locations, the customer was convinced to purchase it as a replacement to their MPLS network.
The contract closed at $15,000 MRC over 36 months, resulting in a total contract value of $540,000. The customer now benefits from a reliable managed network that provides them with the performance reliability they need across their 11 locations.
