Marco’s enterprise customer needed to upgrade their existing network infrastructure and deploy SIP trunks at various locations to replace their existing PRI set up. Verizon was the current provider and worked directly with the customer, however the customer saw value in working with one of TBI’s subagents. After comprehensive discussions among all parties, and working toward the common goal of determining what was best for the customer, the customer decided to renew their partnership with Verizon through their TBI subagent. Verizon was deemed the best fit because of the carrier’s robust global network and because of the security in continuing an already successful relationship.

The outcome was a $140,000 deal with Verizon upgrading their existing MPLS infrastructure along with $30,000 worth of new SIP trunks across all the customer’s sites.
