Following a comprehensive implementation process, the company was able to apply many functions of the tool to its business strategy. The CRM integration allowed its staff to send marketing emails and track activity. Since a lot of the emails included educational video content, this was especially useful because the analytics were granular enough to address video views, length of view and time in which the video was stopped. This data helped the business assess the content they were sending to ensure length and quality were in line with audience’s interests and attention span.

Another function that was implemented was lead tracking.
