A Midwest TBI partner was working with a landscape supply company to move workloads off-premise and to the cloud. The company’s on-prem email server accommodated over 200 employees. Management and licensing was becoming tedious and time consuming for their staff to handle.
After vetting several vendors, Navisite’s O365 solution won the RFP due to their cost effectiveness and hands-on approach. Overall migration costs, per user fees and its large backbone were a big plus to the customer, making them an easy choice. Additionally, Navisite offers email continuity and threat protection as part of its managed office 365 solution.
The Navisite team was patient and supportive during the scoping process as the customer wanted to ensure the solution and timeline met their needs.
The engineers setup a detailed timeline of the roll-out plans and scheduled testing and implementation so that the cutover would occur right before the company’s busy season. Navisite’s customer service exceed expectations.
With an O365 solution in place, the company can easily add new users as they continue to grow and expand, nationwide. Investing in a cloud email solution eliminates their costs significantly – the company no longer has to worry about slowdowns caused by server/equipment errors or the burden of handling patches and updates in-house (manually).
Going forward, Navisite’s support team will be available to the customer handling mail filtering and any issues that come up. The TBI partner and customer have plans to discuss moving additional solutions off-premise including their voice systems. TBI will be involved in this transition, providing unbiased advice on vendor options and technical support, as needed.
