A multi-national healthcare facility was undergoing a transition of top-level IT personnel and thought it was time to evaluate the network. The new IT Director worked with a TBI partner in his previous role and knew they would be great for the job.
After assessing connectivity across the globe, the partner found a mostly disjointed network. Costs were high, different providers were used for each location, and the network was hard to manage, especially from a single location. After quoting several TBI providers, it was clear Level 3 was best for consolidating and improving the healthcare company’s system.

As the IT Director settles in to his new role, he hopes to continue evaluating and improving the technology and plans to look to this TBI partner for help with voice solutions.
