The customer had a converged network for voice and data service with one provider and a fail over network through a cable provider. The customer was very unsatisfied with the performance and support of their services. Brandon brought NetCarrier in to replace the converged network and together they built an innovative total solution for the customer.
The customer was under contract with the cable providers so they could not leave them, but that did not stop NetCarrier from managing the entire customer experience. NetCarrier also offered a Voice over IP (VoIP) solution in addition to managing the existing cable provider services on behalf of the customer.
NetCarrier has a unique way of guaranteeing quality of voice service. Through a device placed at each customer site, NetCarrier can manage failover as well as replace lost voice packets with a simulation of what the call packet should sound like.
