The TBI Channel Manager along with a TBI Tech Guru specializing in UCaaS/CCaaS were involved during the early stages to properly qualify the customer’s requirements and determine the vendors to consider. Evolve IP was the perfect match because they could address the immediate voice needs, while also providing a portfolio of services that will continue to help the customer with their cloud strategy, Single Sign-On w/MFA, Workspaces, DaaS and the ability to work from anywhere via any device.
The deal closed at $14,900.00 MRC over 36-months with a total contract value of $536,400.00. This will make for a consistent, long term customer with ongoing revenue for the partner, with a strong possibility of growing the MRC. The customer was impressed with the resources provided by the TBI team and Evolve IP’s commitment to continuing to develop collaboration capabilities and integrations. Specifically, they had interest in text/SMS which is available through Evolve Messaging, with full integration to MS-Teams in the first quarter of 2021.
