A U.S.-based wholesale distributer of electrical products and services was seeking to simplify a complex 89-location technology infrastructure. Its search for a single-source wholesale aggregator led it to a TBI agent partner, CDW, for assistance with its initial network specifications. Aware of BCN’s expertise in multi-location, multi-service, multi-network deployments, CDW engaged the provider through its TBI Channel Manager to conduct a network qualification and discovery process.

When all was said and done, CDW signed a deal to provide all of the following solutions at approximately $35,000 MRC over 36 months, resulting in a total contract value of $1,260,000:

In addition to the robust technological offering, the customer was impressed with BCN’s project management and installation capabilities, as well as its ability to customize invoicing on a granular level.
In the end CDW, working hand-in-hand with TBI and BCN, secured the bid by presenting a superior solution in terms of network engineering, and reduction of the customer’s monthly recurring charges. The customer is excited to consolidate all of their telecom services, leverage its total spend, reduce its operating costs and gain access to newer technologies and management tools.
