The customer was adding new locations and looking to replace their on-premise PBX with a UCaaS solution due to limitations. They had an immediate need for the 150 users to be set up at their new HQ.

Needing a solution fast, the customer called a trusted TBI partner. After gathering details, the partner analyzed the challenge and consulted with TBI to determine which carrier and technologies would ensure the best business outcomes. We shuffled through our wide portfolio of best-of-breed providers and, after careful consideration, decided that 8×8’s UCaaS solution met all the customer’s needs.

8×8 pre-configured and overnighted the phones, allowing the partner to complete the project in less than one week. Additionally, 8×8 was able to do a phased rollout, enabling the customer to seamlessly implement the new solution as sites were ready to be transferred, and adjust contract terms to accommodate its needs.

The deal closed at $4000 MRC over 60 months, resulting in a TCV of $240,000. Because of the swiftness and expertise of TBI and the partner, the customer is now exploring SD-WAN with them.
