1.) New Web-Based Training Management System
To expand your Web-based training experience, Qwest will offer a new Web-based training management system in
mid-December 2008. Improved courseware, robust learning tools and easy-to-manage curricula will keep you up
to date with product information, new innovations and system enhancements.
2.) FUSF Error Correction
For some of your QCC customers, Federal Universal Service Fund (FUSF) charges were incorrectly dropped from
June/July bills for local loops on WAN and VPN. This error was corrected.
If your customers were not charged FUSF during the June/July period, they will be back-billed in late August
or early September for the amount that was excluded from their account in error. The line item descriptions
for the adjustment will display on your customer's bills as: "USF&TRS Corr- Jun (C)" and "USF&TRS Corr-Jul (C)."
Please make note of this correction so you can explain it to your customers who are concerned about this charge.
