1.) New Basic Business & Digital Voice Service.
One Communications is pleased to announce the addition of Basic Business and Digital Voice Service to the OneSolutions product portfolio. These products are available in all collocations where OneSolutions Enhanced is available. Pre-selling begins on 9/4 and ordering begins on 9/18. For details, please click here.

2.) Center for Training & Development -
Sales Paperwork Changes.
Beginning Oct 1st all orders have to be on the new paperwork which you can download on the agent portal. The following two (2) positive changes have been made to the One Communications sales paperwork:

1. The number of addendums can now be typed onto the agreement (or handwritten)
2. The Single Page Agreement has been reduced by one page
