2.) Access One Announces New Billing Policy.
Chicago, Il - August 26, 2008 - Access One announces a new and improved billing policy, representative of it's
continued focus on customer service excellence. Access One will no longer begin billing from the loop drop
but will begin billing loops 15 business days after the loop acceptance. The new billing policy will allow for
service to be turned up and usasable before Access One beging billing the monthly recurring loop charge.
