$15 CDMA Commission Bonus.
Effective March 1, 2007, BSPs will earn the $15 CDMA Commission Bonus for new activation of PowerSource handsets as described in Exhibit A.
This applies to all qualifying net new activations of PowerSource handsets activated on Qualified Service Plans of $29.99 or more.
