3.) Purchase Plus Rewards - Key
Effective Monday, October 13, Purchase Plus Rewards (PPR) - Key is available in ID, IA, MN, OR, NE and WA.

• With this most recent launch, we now have PPR for Key in all in-region states except MT or NM where it is not available.
• PPR delivers discounts on qualified local services line and trunks in exchange for QTA spend; either new revenue or a minimum increase in existing revenue.
• Use to secure local services by bundling them with QTA services.
• PPR positions Qwest local services more competitively and encourages customers to buy more services.

4.)ISDN PRS Competitive Price Fall Promotion
Rates as Low as $500. Per-span ISDN PRS in select central offices priced as low as $500 for two-, three- and five-year terms. Be sure you select the appropriate contract and get your order placed before this promotion ends. Ordering Timeline:

• Contracts need to be signed and returned to Qwest no later than close of business November 21.
• Completed orders for one to three DS-1s must be submitted no later than December 16.
• Service must be installed and customer must accept billing no later than December 31, unless a delay is caused by Qwest.
• Late orders will not get expedite approval and will not be accepted for this offer.
