Process
Add the promo code “TWOMONTH“ to the notes field of the configuration packet and submit the pre-approved ICB with the order package.
Do not write “2 Free Months” on the Service Agreement as handwritten notes are not acceptable on any contract.
Customer will receive credit(s) for one free month’s MRCs in their first invoice and one free month’s MRCs in their second invoice, as long as the eligible products have been installed.
Prorated amount of first bill will not be credited, only eligible OneSolutions product MRCs.
Credits are for monthly recurring charges on the products only and do not include features, call packs, taxes, surcharges, or other fees
All promotions can be changed or retired by Marketing at any time.
