1.) MPLS T1 Promotion.
New Edge Networks is offering MPLS T1 network services with MRR pricing of $379-$399 per site. Customer locations must be within
the New Edge Core T1 or Covad T1 footprint to qualify for this promotional MRR. Offer applies to orders from new customers
received between April 1, 2008, and June 30, 2008, with a minimum two-year service term.

2.) Multi-Site Networks.
Orders for T1 access for MPLS networks are eligible for a $200 bonus, in addition to contractual commissions. Guaranteed flat-rate

flat rate price for all locations, non-dependant of access type, i.e. the price is the same for each location whether the access

3.) T1 Metro Services.
Enterprise T1 Metro Services in Ameritech and PacBell regions with Rates as low as $329. $359 flat-rate pricing for select markets with 1-year term;
