2.) Dedicated Internet Access.
Level 3 is highlighting Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) service for Q4 and providing aggressive rates across all
speeds (DS-1 to GigE). The Level 3 DIA service, available in a wide range of speeds and access methods, gives you
access to essential Internet features like a redundant, scalable infrastructure, DNS resolution and 24-hour

3.) Ethernet SPIF.
Level 3 wants to reward Level 3 Business Partners for driving Ethernet sales with a SPIF of 20% of the MRR on
each qualifying deal and double the base SPIF percentage when there's a fiber build! For example, sell a three-year,
$20,000 MRR deal on one of the below services and receive a one-time $4,000 payment from Level 3. If the deal
includes a fiber build to the network, Level 3 will double the SPIF payout to 40% of the MRR, in this case, $8,000.
