TELECOM BROKERAGE, INC., www.tbicom.com, is looking to add determined and driven sales professionals to our growing inside sales team. Since 1991, TBI has been a premier Master Agent for telecom services such as internet, data, local, long distance and managed services. TBI is the second largest master agent of telecom services nationwide, and continues to grow. At TBI, we offer an hourly pay, an uncapped commission structure and a full suite of benefits for our full-time employees.
What we do: The Inside Sales Account Executive is part of a team making 150-200 business-to-business calls per day to secure new clients for some of the nation’s largest telecom providers. Account Executives are required to prepare accurate quotes, make follow up calls, and provide their customers with an extra layer of support.
What we are looking for: Our ideal candidate is assertive, ambitious and money-motivated. Our Account Executives are dynamic, success-driven people who can uphold professional standards during interactions with customers and vendors alike.
Opportunities for growth: For the right candidate, this position opens the door to many different career paths in the telecommunications industry. A large percentage of our employees began their career on the inside sales team and have worked their way to different positions within the company. These employees now hold job titles like the Director of Inside Sales, National Channel Manager and Customer Service Manager, among others.
Our requirements: Successful employees have strong verbal and written communication skills, equally strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel. We require that our candidates have a high school diploma or the equivalent. Previous inside sales experience is preferred, but not required.
Compensation and benefits: Employee compensation is $10/hr. + commission. The first year compensation target for full-time employees is $40,000 - $60,000. Full-time employees are eligible for dental, vision and life insurance after thirty days of employment and are eligible for health insurance after sixty days. We also offer paid time-off for holidays and vacations.
